Return and Shipping Policy
Our standard policy for e-bike returns is within 14 days of purchase for either a full refund or exchange provided that the bike has less than 25 km on it and is in new condition. Special orders are not exchangeable or refundable except for warranty related matters.
All bikes come with factory settings. If the bike’s setting has been adjusted by the buyer, the warranty may be voided. If a request is made to return the bike due to a condition covered under warranty, we reserve the right to repair the bike to the customer’s satisfaction. If a bike requires multiple repairs, the product may be exchanged or returned.
The bike must be returned with all manuals, keys, charger and batteries, and accessories that came standard or were installed by us. Wheel- E’s Ebikes reserves the right to make adjustments to the credit based on the condition of the bike and may deduct charges for damage and unusually worn items. No deduction will be applied for standard wear on chain, tires, or brakes.

You may return any accessory for a full refund within 30 days, provided that you return it in saleable condition and with its original packaging and instructions.
